2000 8.8 4.10s w/9'' brake axle to a 94 7.5 3.45s w/ 9'' ???

i have a 94 xlt w/ stock 7.5 3.45s w/ 9'' brakes, im running 33's on it & need to go to 4.10s. does any body know if a compete rear axle from a 2000 or up to 2006 8.8 4.10s with 9'' brakes would bolt on directly to my truck. im hoping so because i found 00, 03 & 06 pretty cheap . thanks ranger94 mike

the 2000 is 180 bucks and the 2003 was 220. not bad considering new gears & bearing set will cost more than that not to mention the cost of labor if you had to pay to get them put in.
