Selector Allignment

Anyone know how to adjust the allignment on the steering column? Just need to allign P to be Park.Neighbor has ranger also with this problem.Dont seem to have a adjustment on trany or the cable. Thanks Jerry

there is a little string and in adjuster behind the cluster
