'94 Manual Tranny to SOHC 4.0L

Do any of you guys know if the '94 manual 5 spd will bolt directly to a 4.0L SOHC? If so, what model year SOHC? The SOHC has much more power potential.

If the transmission came off of a 4.0 OHV engine it may work. It is my understanding that there are a couple bolt holes that are different and you may not be able to use one of the top engine bolts without drilling a new hole in the bell housing.
