1999 m5od-r1 hard shifting

im thinking air in the clutch system. prolly in the master cylinder. i had the slave replaced about 2 years ago, and the clutch about 6 months ago. is there a known problem with the r1 that shows these signs? truck has 165k on it

that is the most effective way to bleed the system...and believe me...i have installed a million of these on rangers, bronco IIs, explorers, etc
