Hey guys, I am kinda stumped with this install and need some help. The directions I got with mine dont address how the spacers go in with the cv shafts, they just talk about c-clip axles.

Is this the correct way for the spacers to go into the cam gears? I have it all together now but want to make sure this is correct before I seal it up.

Also, when the cross pin is in the carrier the locker itself rolls back and forth quite a bit before it hits the crosspin and stops moving,is that the way these are? Seems like the pin would take a hell of a beating.

What did tech support say when you called them?

You should have 3 overlapping sets of directions from them.
1. Dakota/Durango Insall (from a web page on their site)
2. Official Installation manual "for c-clip and non-c-clip axles... multiple models"
(14 pages)
3. Supplement sheet for D35, (2 pages). Has instructions to trim the carrier if needed to fit.

Make the flanges go outboard, so that if the axles had an imaginary c-clip, they'd hold the axles in the carrier.
