Auto to man swap HELP
hey I have a 2003 ranger thunderbolt, I blew the 3.0l motor in it and decided to do a trans swap when I replaced the motor. Everything went great, however, when I drive it the dang rev limiter kicks in because the comp thinks its still in park or neutral. I still have the old auto trans sensor plugged in to get it to start. I had seen something somewhere one time about being able to jump two wires to fix this problem, but have not been able to find it since and of course I didnt save it or bookmark it that would have been too easy. Any help would be great.
