water in front diff??

everytime i go wheelin and go throught mud water ecc... I check my front diff fluid its all milky and i need to change it. The diff isnt leaking anywhere. I wanted to know if anyone else with the ifs is having the same problem. The rear is fine it never gets water in it. Is there a way to check where its coming in or am i going to have to do the seals over in it. Thanks any info will help

You can extend your vent tube so it's higher up but that should really be the only place other than the seals etc that water could get in.

The stock front axle vent tube should come up to around the level of the ABS hydraulic unit. Maybe it is missing, cracked or misrouted. You might need to extend it for really deep water but you better get a snorkle too.....
