07-08 shift delay ??

i was just wondering if anyone else is having a shifting problem with there 07-08 when you shift in to drive or reverse ?? my truck is doing it and ford is f@cking me around and i know there is a TSB (i am a auto tech)for it and there tell me NO!

my 08 is ok ,no problem with shifting

I have a manual and reverse is hard after the lift but that's really about it.... I have a feeling that's not at all the criteria for your questions... lol
