From my research I am having a hard time finding out what I need to do to get my speedo reading correctly. On my 95 can I get by by just swapping a speedo driven gear or do I need to add some sort of electronic speedcal to my budget.
95~97 Rangers use an interchangeable gear at the VSS Signal Generator for speedometer correction. If you can find a gear that is compatible with your combination of tire diameter and axle ratio, you won't need an electronic converter.
