Clutch peddle play

Question guys... i really havent been driving a standard all that long. I just had my slave cylinder replaced not to long ago. Here recently i've been getting some pretty good play out of my peddle, but not all the time. One minute i have play, the next minute its nice and tight like i should be. Is this normal or should there be something i should be looking into? It shifts easy enough, when my slave went out i could definately tell, but it shouldn't be going out already, its only been a couple months. Any help would be great, trucks almost paid off... so no truck payments would be awesome lol My next purchase is a harley lol

I checked the fluid, its full... how do i go about draining and bleeding it? I was gunna have the dealership take a look at it next time i went in for an oil change (7.95 plus tax and shop fees, cant beat that lol) if i couldn't get it figured out (they'd check it out for me for free, i've been going there for years) but id rather fix it myself lol
