Could be the grease seal on the steering knuckle where the outer CV turns. They often develop a high pitched squeal when the grease dries out or when operated in dusty conditions. It that's it, greasing the seal where it contacts the CV can make it go away. If I took it apart for that, I'd throw in a new seal and lube it with hi-temp wheel bearing grease.
