Ok now I know I'm bringing a fairly old topic up, but I have to ask. In your first post you only stated that you had the ECTED installed? Is this correct? Or did you have a whole new ring and pinion installed? If it's just the ECTED, your ring and pinion shouldn't be affected by it so to speak. Most lockers are DIY (do it yourself), ring and pinion not so much. The reason for that being the difficulty in setting the backlash on the gears. I would reccomend a small break in period on the locker still just to be nice to it yanno. Also when you go to engage it, I've found that if you do it at a complete stop it tends to pop its way locked...but when moving is smooth as silk.
This is dedicated to the thousands of people I talked to in bars, clubs, malls, airports, grocery stores, subways and elevators over the last two years.
If you are reading this, I want you to know that I wasn't running game on you. I was being sincere. Really. You were different.
