ahhh sounds like the dreaded slave cylinder problem...mine was doing the same thing around 110k miles, never had a problem getting into gear until one day...it would do shiat, had to bleed it once a day to drive it, and it finally crapped out...btw be careful if u replace it, theres 2 different ones, they look identical, they gave me the wrong one at the parts store and i didnt know it till i got the tranny back on and went to bleed it and it would bleed

Check the fluids on the master regularly.... Don't get a cheap slave either...
I think I paid close to $80 for mine and it seems to be working great!
Also what helps is keeping your foot off the clutch pedal completely unless you're shifting... Any slight pressure on it can cause faster wear.

Yeah try re bleeding it.... Trick is pumping the clutch as fast and hard as you can then pushing down on the pedal, opening the bleeder til all liquid stops coming out, close the bleeder... Repeat til you don't hear any air bubbles or feel any in the socket you're using.. (Best to use a deep socket 8mm 1/4in drive wrench)
It's pretty uncommon the master cylinder would go out... Hell before I put mine in I played with it a bunch lol
