clutch question

i just pulled my transmission out again but this time to replace the pilot bearing bc it went out after less than 10,000 miles. my question is about my clutch

this is my pressure plate its got some grooves in it should i worry about that? they aren't deep but they are there

That clutch looks like it's getting bad. And those groves in the pressure plate should not be there.

Since you've got the tranny out, put a clutch kit in it. Resurface the flywheel too.
