Help

So i have been having a some problems with my truck. The rear diff has been makeing a lot of noise so i thought it was messed up so i took it to ford on monday to have it looked at. They called me later that day and they said the rearend needed to be rebuilt and then today they got the parts and went to start and saw water in the rear diff so they said nope not fixing. I just got back from there and so know i need to do it myself. I have rebuilt rearends before so thats no problem its buying the parts im really broke going to school and all so if any one maybe has a spare ring and pinion laying around and wants to sell CHEAP please let me know.

Man, get to a junkyard! Seriously, you've got some of the best U-Pull-It salvage yards around.

Try the one on the left on the way out to Cecil Field, what is that road, Normandy? It's got a yellow or orange fence around it. I used to get all kinds of (Saturn) parts from there and they are pretty reasonable. It's well before the titty bar, probably 4 miles from 295.

Sounds like the perfect opportunity to upgrade to the Explorer rear end and get disc brakes as a bonus.
