Oh, umm, no something is wrong. lol
Take the cover off and take some good pictures. Test the functionality of it when it is on stands as well..

Who put it in? You have to get them very close to spec or else they will make noise and/or won't perform as intended. I'd take it back to the person who installed it.

well whenever i did the lock test on it i could only get the right side to unlock no matter if i held the right tire or the left tire...but the install was done by me over about 3 days cause of my cross pin giving me all that trouble...but my question is how to get the c clips off the axle when the lock right is already installed cause when i called tech support they obvoiusly arent familiar with the products that they are answering questions about because they kept telling me to just hit the axle in a the c clip will fall right out but i dont see how that will work because the driver and the spacer are in the way and you can only move the driver and spacer so far over but they seem to think that you can take the driver and spacer out to get to the c clip when you really cant because the axle will only move out so far then the c clip will hit the coupler therefore not giving you enough room to pull the driver and spacer out

You push In on the axle shaft. Most of the time you give it a shove for a convincer then you take a magnet and stick it to the c-clip and it comes right out

think i found the problem the washers on the side of the couplers...well i put both of them on one side instead of one on each...idk how i did that but some how i did...but just to make sure each coupler should have one washer behind it right not two?
