changing diff fluid

hi does anyone know if a 2000 ford ranger 4.0 4x4 would have a traction lok diff stock? thinking of changing the diff fluid...need to know if i need to get friction modifer and what visicoty of gear oil do i need?

Traction-Lok was optional. Check the axle code on the driver door jamb label and look it up here to see if you have open or L/S.

sorta explains why my truck loves the gas pump.. 4 10 gearing sorta wish it was limited slip but rarely off road and am not building a race truck so not huge issue to me
