I just weighed my other one. 116 lbs with tcase adapter and no torque converter.
Just take the tires off.
Better yet get a second person and it comes out real easy. I found it easier higher off the ground. Just sit under the truck and get it done instead of laying down.
just let all the air out of your tires

I did the same with out the BL. Just a tight fit. However installation was a PITA. I ended up not using the vent line and zip tieing the o2 harness to the dipstick tube. I was on a time crunch at the time.
