Icon8 hydrolic clutch BS

not working. hmmmmmm. worked yesterday now if feels like nothing and wont even disengage to get into a gear... NO fluid at all in the reservoir so is there any places it could be leaking and how do i bleed this>>?? help please.

Slave cylinder. Its a common problem with Rangers.

you say there is no fluid just making sure you removed the diaphragm in the reservoir before checking alot of people have forgot. but yes its prob the slave

just went through all this, its most likely your slave, small chance it could be your master, when they go bad the fluid can pass the internal seals and stay inside of it.... if it does leak it will be on the inside of the truck under the dash to the carpet from the top of the clutch pedal........

another way to check if your slave is leakin is on the bottom of the trans (drivers side) there is a rubber cover about 2" x 3", pull it off and stick your hand in and feel around, if its wet it is definately your slave

Damn, sounds like your slave is shot.

Plan on purchasing a clutch kit w/ a new slave and make sure to change the pilot bearing while under there.
