Bw 1350 manual transfer case rear output flange

I picked up a bw 1350 manual shift last night for almost noting and it came with all the shift linkage and bolts. I am wanting to put it on my 1997 4wd which has the 1354 electric shift. i know i have to get the front shaft with the slip yoke that goes into the transfercase. now my next thing is that the 1350 manual has a rear output flange where the u joint bolts on, and the 1354 electric shift has the flat flange on the rear output, can i swap those rear output flanges or should i also get a different rear drive shaft? (i know the 1354 is a bit stronger then the 1350, but i dont do much for wheeling, just want reliable 4wd.)
