Tire size

I need to get new tires for my 2002 xlt x cab 4x4 with 4.0 and 4:11's ,stock size is 245-70-16,would going to a 255-70-16 be a big deal I'm going a little wider and an inch taller, Cooper discoverey 2 ht, thank you

I'm sorry it's a 75 not 70, but it will be ok?

255 is a odd size check with tire store for 265 and they may be cheaper my f-150 used 255's and when i replaced them 265's were cheaper

You're going to be slightly wider, and slightly taller. You won't see much of a difference, if at all. It's not like you're putting on 33's.
