o/d light flashing..

hey, i got a 2004 xlt that's reading all transmission codes i know it cant be all of the solonoids because they all read good ohm's on multi meter, i was thinking if it could be the harness to them?

Yes, the harness can rub thru and get shorted but all solenoids effected could be a Computer(PCM) issue.

The PCM connector on your '04 is in the middle of the upper firewall, Ford did have a problem with this location from water getting into the connector, I think they added a box to cover it at some point.
I would disconnect the battery, then remove the connector and inspect it for water intrusion.
