Icon5 odd 4x4 question

Ok it’s on a 99 ford ranger 4x4 with 33/10.5's
I swapped my axles and hubs to explorer axles and hubs a few months ago because I blew one of the plastic hubs and will not have that happen again
I’ve changed the fluid a few months in the front diff and did not notice any metal in the fluid but did not look closely at the spiders or shaft when I did the fluid change

Ok I think my front diff is coming apart
I have a very odd vibration and noise coming from the frontend when driving 25 +
With the wheels turn slightly to the left or right when going around a corner and today started when going straight and would not go away until I almost stopped at a light
The noise cannot be duplicated on the lift
Also when in 4x4 the noise is gone and vibration is almost gone

My question is
Are the hubs strong anof to be driven on if I remove the axles and front diff?
Or will the hubs come apart if I do this?
I’m trying to eliminate the bigger components.

I’m thinking the spider gears or pinion shaft is worn odd letting the spider gears move

any help would be very big help

Figured it out my LF cv axle outer joint went bad. Went to take it out and found it was really tight almost like it was siezed so i took the boot off and found metal fillings in the grease. That was quick only lasted like 3 months. Took it back to autozone and they gave me a replacement under the warranty. Free fix
