torsion bar bolt removal

You need no special tools....At bare minimum, do the following:
Unbolt torsion bar 'skid plate cover'
Unbolt the torsion adjustment bolt
Unbolt upper ball joint(keep a jack under the Lower control arm).
Unbolt sway bar end link.
Unbolt upper shock mount.
Unbolt the CV shafts from the hubs.
Then lower the control arm. This will give you enough downward angle of the lower control arm in order to remove the 'keeper block' that keeps the torsion key in it's place. It also has the threads for the adjustment bolt. Slide that block out, lower the key down, then slide the Tbar out of the LCA.
