i have a 2003 ranger fx4 level 2 and on the passenger side front axle i noticed there is oil leaking around it. its dripping around the back cv boot before it goes into the diff. i've got a new axle for it, but was wondering if it could just be a seal causing it to do that?

does anybody know how hard it is to remove the axle? and what type of gear oil do i need to get to replace the fluid with or what is reccomended for it?
