I've got a locker to put in the front and a posi out back and was wondering what weight gear oil to run with this set up and if I need synthetic.

Rear end should only need some friction modifier. For running a locker I believe you should be fine running straight gear oil. PM BrianJWilson and ask him what he used, he ran an Aussie up front.

I replied to your PM William. I ran the factory spec'ed gear oil. Aussie's FAQ says that the locker does not require any special gear oil.

FAQ - Aussie Lockers - Welcome to Torq Masters Home of the Aussie Locker

Do I need special oil or lubricant?
No, use the manufacturers recommended fluid for the diff in your vehicle.
