Differential cover
So does anyone have any experience with the differential cover from Poly Performance?

It probably isn't as strong as the ruff stuff cover, but it is also half the price.

I was recommended to that cover back when I got my 8.8, has good reviews all around and you can't beat that price.
lol, if you did enough off roading with a 7.5 that you needed a SOLID diff cover the ring gears would have already blown up from abuse.

Exactly. You don't need "more fluid capacity" for something you use on the street. And if you off road you should upgrade to the 8.8.

The SOLID is a nice lookin cover, but would be more useful to me if it was aluminum to disepate the heat.

How many rpm's do you plan on turning to produce enough heat in a 7.5 to jusitfy an aluminum cover?

Well........
Don't have 7.5's, mine are 8.8 L/S w/3.73's and may not turn enough RPM's to justify it in your eyes, but if I'm gonna spend the money, might as well buy what's beneficial IMO..........

Dude.......the OP is for an 8.8, not a 7.5
and my comments were directed at the postin that ya wouldn't need extra capacity or coolin for a "street" truck.
