Rear disc brakes

your best bet for that is an autoparts house, they may have a book for their rotor manufacturer that will cross reference dimensions, but thats if they can find the book and will let you see it. you may want to check front rotors from earlier fords, the rotor size should be small enough, and the bolt pattern will be the same but i dont know the hat size, check torinos or cougars. the center hole MAY be large enough, but i dont know the specs off the top of my head. just some suggs, i hope you get this working, it would be revolutionary

I did a search and found no one has a good page that lists rotor specs for all vehicles. It's very tough to even find brake rotor specs on a particular truck. I did find that most of the Ford trucks/vans will have the wrong bolt pattern.
My search did turn up an excellent article on swapping drums to discs that you may want to take a look at. The mod was actually built to be completely "bolt-on". At the very least, it might be worth emailing the guy to see if he could do one for Rangers.
Since the conversion was for a Mustang, the bolt pattern should work.
