Is this a good deal for a d44 and 9in?

This is for my B2 project..

Its for a whole 86 Bronco with 10in lift supposedly, minus motor and tranny and transfercase. Is this a good price of $1200?

Id say thats a pretty good deal. most guys pay like 2-300 for a stock set. gears are like 4-500 each axle if you have someone else install. shafts are at least 500, hubs another 100, disks out back probably another 2-300 depending on the setup.
