Issues with the front end

I have a 1996 4x4 Ranger. About two months ago I had some issues with the automatic hubs, they were making a constant whinning sound in 4x2, put it in 4x4 and the sound stoped. So I replaced those with the warn manual hubs, worked great. About a week ago it began to squeek when coming to a stop. The breaks were worn, so I replaced them and the bearings. Those didnt fix anything. Now when coming to a stop I get a really loud grinding, whomp whomp whomp sound and a final click. She accelerates smoothly and quitely. Any ideas?
