Brakes.......HELP

so i replaced the pads today and per usual i ****ed up....i hit the pedal to test the driverside and forgot the passenger side was undone and knocked out the cylinder thing...well i got it back in and filled the fluid back up and finished the brake job and i have very minimal brakes and the pedal goes to the floor..........help the retard out.....thanks

i dont know much bout brakes..but i think you need to bleed your brakes..

heck i dunno what im talkin bout..but i think i read somewhere that your case is the problem and thats what you do..hopefully somebody will back me up or hit me down..

thats what it was i got a little air in the lines and needed to bleed them....all fixed...

yeah... you need to bleed your brakes. if you look on your fron't calipers, there's a little bolt with a hole in it on the back side. basically you need to depress the pedal, loosen the bolt till some fluid drains out, tighten the bolt back up, and then take your foot off the brake pedal. repeat a few times on each side and that should get any air out of the system that you might have sucked in when the piston fell out.
