AVM hubs center cap cut pictures
I put on my AVM's today couldn't have been easier line them up snap them on all that's too it. I have a '99 ranger XLT my center caps fit back on over the AVM's without cutting them, but i figured it would be a pain in the butt to pull the cap to lock them. So i cut the cap with a dremel first mistake it got away from me like the dremel usually does but i tried to get them as clean as i could i will be getting new caps sometime this week. If your goin to do this i suggest a hole saw prob about 2-2 1/2 inches should do the job it will be easier and more eye pleasing but i figured i would share my pics with any who are interested and what it looks like when u cut them.

I should add that the depth perception from the pics is not accurate you have to reach inside the cap to lock the hubs as they are in there about an inch to reach the dial. I paid 107.95 shipped to my door from e-bay there brand new and the guy shipped real quick click here for the auction there is 32 left as of 4-22-07 there was 99 available when i ordered mine 4-1-07 so you might wanna get them quick. There is another listing on e-bay for them also but there pretty high in price more then tellico or anyone i have seen here it is

It took 5-10 mins to do both sides just pop off the PVH change the o-ring lock the AVM line up the splines and slid it in till it locks i tapped mine home with a rubber mallet just watch the plastic dogs on the end to see when they set themselves in the groove on the rotor hardest part if you haven't had ur PVH's off is getting them off and then lining the splines up gotta spin the halfshaft alittle to line them up if you don't care about ur PVH's u can be alittle rough with them i saved mine just in case of a failure you don't even have to remove your tire either but it helps because you have more room to work the screwdriver
