is it supposed to be like this?(pic)

Hey guys, well ive been looking at the pics of my truck and comparing them to ya'lls rigs and there is one consistant thing that i keep finding is different with my rig. The transfer case in my rig sits REALLY low.. or atleast thats what i think that is.. heres a pic.. Is it supposed to sit that low? is there anyway i can maybe hide it somehow? its ugly and it sits so low im scared its gunna get caught up..

I wouldnt have noticed it except i didnt notice it on any other trucks.. Should i just not worry bout it?

And yes your t-bar bracket will sit that low with the SL. It is a drop bracket lift IIRC

If you really are worried about it you could look into doing a coilover conversion. Then you could remove them completely. But that's a lot of work for something that's isn't really and issue.

And by the way, I haven't seen your truck in awhile until I looked at this thread and wow. It looks good man.

that is the downfall of superlift. t-bars sit in the same location as a stock truck but your truck is 4" taller.

A coilover still has that support bar setup.. no pics on me offhand.. but its in the exact same spot, its only gaining about an extra 2 or 3" of clearance compared to the superlifts T-Bar area.

Those drop brackets would even look more so 'sticking' down once the body lift is on....
