Stuck in 4x4. Please help

Stuck in 4x4. Please help

I have a 01 ranger 4.0 4x4 and it is stuck in 4 wheel drive and won't shift back in to 2wd I need to know some solutions or things to try please help. Also I am not getting any indication of being in 4x4 on the gauge cluster

Did you check the module fuses?

Where are they located at?

If not mistaken there is 2 fuses for the 4x4 module.Looks like #5 in the fuse panel on dash and #13 under the hood drivers side fender.Good Luck!
