Transfer Case For V8 W/t5

I Have A Ranger With A 93 Mustang Motor And Trans. I Need To Know If There Is A Transfer Case That Will Bolt Up To A T5 Tranny Out Of A Mustang. I Am Going To Lift The Truck And Put Striaght Axles Out Of A 78 Bronco Under It

Yeah I don't think the T5 ever had a transfer case behind it from the factory. You may need to look into something custom?

actually chevy used the t-5 i believe in the S10s and I think there is a certain combination of parts that can be made to work so that a 1350 or 1354 can bolt up to a t-5... something like using the rear flange from the chevy t-5 on the ford t-5 with the correct output shaft or something.

probably swaping out the tailshaft for a shorter one, put on a new tail housing for a 4x4...etc...depending on how the t5s are.

Advance adapters will be able to hook your transmission up to your stock ranger case. The 1354 is actually suppose to be a pretty good case.

The adapter is not being manufactured anymore....discontinued. Believe me, I tried to get it for my 5.0/T5 swap down the road.

Yes, BW1356, BW4406 or BW4407. All have the same 6-bolt pattern and all will match the extension housing bolt pattern on any of the Ford 4x4 V8 transmissions. Watch out for clearance issues to the driver side frame rail though.
