few nub questions

First, going to tackle a 4wd swap. not to worried about the difficult parts, just have to make sure the acquisition of parts goes smooth. I have all the front end component, i think, but now comes the trans parts. Were can i get a output shaft to convert my trans, i have seen many thread were same year trucks that is all that has to be done. also, i need to ( sorry about the made up name ) the piece that mount the t-case to the output side of the transmission. and if for any reason anyone has an old manual ford f150 t case and the related brackets and what not, let me know, oh also need drive shafts. if anyone in the FWB Pensicola region wants to lend a hand, i would more then appreciate it, going to try and spread all the work out over a few weekends, so i can still drive it in the mean time you know what i mean. Hope i am not missing to much, if you see a problem let me know. Can always use the help. THANKS
