Not sure for this problem

Leaking brake fluid BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD, its leaking out from the passenger side wheel on the inside.

I was told I need, either it was called a brake cylinder or wheel cylinder, anyone able to confirm this.

Its so bad the truck is nearly unable to stop, brake to the floor and everything

I would assume you have the 7.5 axle. If you have the 4.0, then you have a 8.8 axle. If you have the 7.5 axle you have 9" brakes. If you have the 8.8 axle, you have 10" brakes.

Sounds like either a wheel cylinder or a open bleeder valve.

Is it a front or rear brake leak?

9" has heat dissipation fins on the outside of the drum, 10' does not.

Wheel cylinder replacement isn't too hard. Get yourself some flair wrenches for the fitting. Don't try to turn the fitting with increasing pressure like an ordinary fastener. Use the flare wrench and give it a sharp snap right off the bat. Also helps to soak it in some PB Blaster well prior, then wipe it dry for the wrench.

I'd replace those fluid-soaked shoes while you are at it.

2wd is likely 9".

Read up on bleeding brakes!
