u bolt ?

I'm in the middle of swapping in a new rearend in my truck. Can I use the old u bolts or should I just get new ones. I have heard that they stretch out when you torque them down.

Most people prefer to replace them. Whether or not is required every single time is debatable.

There is no damage to them, threads look good. I'm being a little cheap right now so I think I'll just reuse them.

If you are reusing them definitely recheck them a few times after you put them in, like mentioned above!
