The rims, tails, and interior pieces are hot ticket items.

I might be giving this guy a call. I want to see this thing in person. If the engine is good. I'm going to be very interested. It looks like it has panels and what not in the bed.

Edit: its 4 hours away, not sure if thats going to work out, dang :(. Getting that thing hauled up here would be a fortune.

I wouldn't part it out. And I could probably use a dolly from U-haul and just tow it. I'm going to think about it.

Ya, The crossmember is pushed in pretty good. I looks like the front of the frame is bent up a little bit. Would that be impossible to fix?

i dont think so i fixed my 00s frame with a sledge and a torch and welded some plates on it to beef it up just a pain cause everything that is attached to it has to be bent back or replaced too just takes time

You totally should, after seeing your f150 thread you could bring this truck back to mint condition.

I don't think it would be worth fixing, unless you had one w/rear end damage for parts or alot of used parts, knew how to weld (safely!! aliot of ppl "think" they can weld) and had a bit of time on your hands. Otherwise it wouldn't be worth it, and you would still have to have a safety inspection on it to register it after a vehicle has been previously written off (at least up here you do) And a vehicle that you would have a hard time selling honestly. It would be an awesome buy for parts tho!!

That section inside the fender is waaay to f'ed up to be pulled out safely and to be fixed properly should be cut out and replaced. And by the looks of it could need some serious pulling as well. And unless you have a frame machine and some measuring devices its never going to be the same again. With some backyard butchery it could easily be made to look nice again but that doesn't mean its safe to drive.

I called them today and they wouldn't go down to $3500. I'm not going to be able to do it, b/c of that and I found out an airbag costs like $1200. I should of asked if they would just part it out right there.
