03 Front driveshaft bolts

Looking for a set of bolts, 6, for the cv end of the front driveshaft.

Went to the dealership and all they offer is the regular hex head bolts. I'm looking for the allen wrench type with a kinda knurled bolt head.

Like these.

I attempted to buy F350 Driveshaft Bolt from FORD, I needed 8 but was going to buy 12.
First FORD sells things their way and had a package of 15, why 15, the most needed would be 8.
Ok a little adrift here… asked about pricing, ya, not in my lifetime, they wanted $8/ea, lets see $8 x 15 bolts = $120, R U $hitting me !

Anyway where I am going is I got 12 bolts from “Fastenal” spelling may be off; $0.75 ea.
Same metric size, same metric hardness as Fords, what gives here.
I know you will say China Bolts, right, but do you think for one moment that Ford isn’t buying their bolts from China too, I think they are.

Find a Bolt Suppy House, get the size you need and ask for the strongest bolts, (10.1 I think) and get them cheaper.

I'm not sure how long they are. I'll have to pull one out to check. I can't remember if these came with the kit or not.

If I can't find anything at the hardware store I'll let you know.

Thanks.

Yeah, the spacer is in there. So I guess they are the longer bolts.

Thanks.

Just to let everybody know. Patrick is the man. Hooked me up with a set of bolts at his expense and time.

Thanks again,
Matt
