Expo 8.8 Rear End-CO

I already have an 8.8 out of a ranger with 3.55 gears looking for an explorer 8.8 w/4.10's. I bought 4.56 gears for it but one of the techs i work with that was gonna gear it for me quit so i need an 8.8 w/4.10s so i can get around until i can afford to regear thanks. I would even settle for a ranger 8.8 as long as it has 4.10's

i had to pay 350 for a ranger 8.8 4.1 without ls.

Went to two wrecking yards. Both were same price. One was saying prices are going up thanks to insurance companies (I didn;t ask him to elaborate) and cash for clunkers.

The only reason I bought the one I did cause it was a fresh wreck and I new I wouldn;t have to mess with the brakes.

its a pain in the *** to put disc breaks on a 28 spine 8.8 the 31 spline has a bigger housing so break swaps are simple. i could get you a exploder 8.8 for around 60 bucks plus shipping and gas to go get it but it would most likely not have 4.10 gears but you could swap in the new gears b4 you installed it and it would be sweet

It is not a pain in the *** to put disc brakes on a 28spline 8.8. You can do mustang brakes....far better than expo, and they bolt up.
