I've been looking at the yards around my area and no luck.
I was curious to see if i could take one off someone's hands..
I've been driving my Ranger around with 31s with an open diff with 3.45s...
I can't even get out of 3rd...yeah tell me about it

lol ive got 31x10.5x15r and a 3.27 rear and i pull ****... you need the 4.0 v6 a bad bitch if you ask me.

I have the Destination A/Ts 31x10.5x15r
But the 4.0 would be bad as f***.

Ranger All/Component Part-Out
If you can compromise the use of 4:11's by rather using 3:73's -- Front and Rear -- from a '99 4w.d. Supercab XLT running-gear then check this out:

There's likely everything you need -- including the 4.0 engine suggested by others (no trans, Eng. needs Rebuild/Head Gaskets, etc.?) for $1200 bucks...and it's not that far away!
