I have had these motors sitting around the garage (in my way) for a while. They are both junk. The 3.0 is a 2004 but it has 2 broken rods and the pan and block are both cracked. The 4.0 is a 98 and is seized. It came out of a truck that was rolled and then used around the farm with a busted radiator. I replaced the motor and never even messed with it. Anyway they are going for scrap saturday so if anyone wants anything off them let me know. Free for the cost of shipping.

is there a way to check to make sure they dont have to be machined? or are they all full of ****?

 

All I can tell you is the motor has 68000 miles and was overheated, probably a bunch. The heads are probably warped or cracked.

I'll pull em off tommorrow DV. Cody I can make you a good deal on the filter. It was only used by a lil ole lady on sundays at the dragstrip and its one of those rare fram high flow low micron filters. for a little extra I could paint it black or smear some axle grease on it for ya. How much you offerin?

Not much on the 3.0, it threw 2 rods. I do have some good heads off it but don't want to give them away.
