Purchased for my 2004 Ford Ranger Edge with 3.0 OHV but ended up trading in before tuneup took place. Pretty sure they will fit other years.

How's $20 sound? Would these work in my 2007 Ranger Sport with the 3.0?
The truck only has 95K miles on it, but I figure that I should go ahead and do it while I have easy access to the spark plugs.
