I have the drive train out of my wrecked 2011 Ford Ranger Sport 4.0L V-6 $2000, Automatic Transmission w/OD $1000, rear end $500, etc Lots of good parts left truck had less that 13k miles on it

It will. You will need to use your engine harness and some of the pigtails from the 2011 harness to make it all work. Sometime in 05-06, Ford changed the pigtails on things like fuel injectors and DPFE sensors. I learned this when doing my 01 to 06 4.0 swap. You will also need to use your exhaust manifolds and factory EGR block-off's as his engine would have EGR system and your '03 doesn't.

Transmission? No clue. OP didn't list 2wd or 4x4, but he also doesn't list a transfer case. I assumed it was a 2wd donor truck. In that case, the trans would not fit your 4x4.
