2000 xlt billet grille question

ok i purchased a billet grille for my 2000 xlt. i thought it was a direct bolt in grille but i was fooled. is there a how to, or some one who can give me a hint on how to cut my old grille right so it doesnt look stupid, anyone?

You have to cut it right there it starts to curve around

Could you describe it a little better. the instructions on how to install this grille are complete crap. do i need to cut out all of the bars in the middle of the grill?

yea the middle of the grille has to be cut out. Right where the grille starts to curve in is there you cut it

Casper i have a different grille then you ill add you on. myspace lol, i think i bought the same grill as you

I looked at your pics, With your 4x4 grille you can cut the Gray part out leaving the chrome and put the grille in like this. This is Trepaul's old truck

ok thanks man. on my directions it shows to cut the two vertical bars, but i didnt want to ruin my grille lol but thanks alot man
