Yeah the motor or a gear is stripped. Time to take something apart!

Wondering just how do you get to the Wiper Motor ?
Is it an under dash repair job ?

rangermainer,
If you can hear the motor and no wiper action then it could be a stripped part or just a clip that fell off.
No matter you will need to investigate the problem, get to the motor and linkage and take a look.
Luck on this, I think it will be a PITA.
