94 grille idea

Thinking of hacking up the grille to look like this


What do you guys think?

ho does one do that? I cut my grill up to put the street scenes in and I hate it now.

I was just gonna cut the horizontals out, then do some bondo-glass to fill it in. I might give it a try this weekend.

why dont you just buy a 4x4 one or go find one that doesnt say 4x4 like this one

I like those, But I wanna try this and see how it looks, the center bar is centered and the emblem is in the middle this way

that looks sweet do it but my suggestion to you when you cut the bars out leave them a little long so that you can sand down to the flush level and not have to use bondo to fill in gashes you make when you cut it. you know what i mean

I know what you mean, But anyway i do it, I have to use bondo. Its hollow inside. For minimum bondo usage, I figured I'd cut plastic from the pieces I cut out to fit in the holes, then bondo the seems.

Got started last night. Just put some more bondo on it a bit ago, and now Im waiting for it to cure so I can start sanding it down. I think Im gonna paint it black since I already have some krylon fusion laying around here.
