Icon4 rear window leak

had a big rain storm over the weekend, went out to truck after sitting all weekend to find my passenger floor panel SOAKED, nearly puddled! after ripping apart a bit here and there on my lunch hour, i found the leak to be coming from the rear window. water must have been running down the door sill under the carpet and collecting in passenger floor panel. anyway, how is it to take this rear window out? pretty big ordeal and just take it to a glass shop or is it straight forward & easy to do yourself? it LOOKED like it's held in with bolts and studs, with nuts you take off from the inside; but once nuts are off it might be glued on pretty good and glass not come off so easily im thinking.

has anybody had their rear window w/ slider removed to replace the gasket/seal to stop this rain leak? if so how big of a job is it?

thanks in advance anybody who can help me out here.

that looks pretty simple, any issues getting the old window out/unstuck with the old "glue"?
