94 rear window swap....

I need to replace the rear slider on my 94 ex cab..I want to change the slider to a solid window..what years truck can I get the window out of to fit in mine? Does it have to be a ex cab?

all ext cabs or 98+ reg cabs will all fit.97 and older reg cabs will not fit.

So a 2000 ex cab will work then right??
